InnerGlow Research Shipping Policy

InnerGlow Research is committed to providing prompt and reliable order fulfillment for qualified research customers. All products are sold for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Order Review and Shipment Authorization
All orders are subject to payment verification and compliance review before shipment.
We reserve the right to:
- Delay shipment pending account verification.
- Request additional information to verify purchaser identity or intended research use.
- Cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
- Decline orders that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with our Research Use Only policies.
Orders are not considered accepted until they have successfully completed our review process.
Order Verification Policy
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, certain orders may require additional verification before processing.
Verification may include:
- Confirmation of billing information
- Verification of shipping address
- Government-issued photo identification
- Confirmation of the intended research use
- Additional payment verification when necessary
Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable time may result in cancellation and refund of the order.
InnerGlow Research reserves the right to refuse any order that cannot be adequately verified.
Shipping Eligibility
We currently ship only to approved purchasers located within the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or purchaser where we reasonably believe products may be intended for prohibited or unauthorized use.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Medical clinics
- Compounding pharmacies
- Retail pharmacies
- Weight-loss clinics
- TRT clinics
- Med spas
- Fitness centers or gyms
- Dormitories
- Freight forwarding companies
- Reshipping services
- Any purchaser unable to verify legitimate research use
Processing Time
Most approved orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment authorization and compliance review.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- Other approved carriers as needed
Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. InnerGlow Research does not guarantee delivery dates.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed to the email address associated with your account once your shipping label has been created.
Please allow carriers adequate time to update tracking information after shipment.
Local Pickup
Eligible customers may select Local Pickup during checkout when available.
Pickup instructions and location information will be provided once the order has been fulfilled and marked Ready for Pickup.
Government-issued identification may be requested at pickup.
Adult Signature
InnerGlow Research reserves the right to require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) for any shipment at its sole discretion.
Signature confirmation may be required for first-time purchasers, high-value orders, or orders requiring additional verification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address may:
- Be delayed
- Require additional shipping charges
- Be returned by the carrier
Returned shipments may require repayment of shipping charges before being reshipped.
InnerGlow Research is not responsible for deliveries made to addresses entered incorrectly during checkout.
Package Delivery & Theft Policy
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Inspect around the delivery location.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
If assistance is needed, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
While we are happy to assist with carrier claims whenever possible, InnerGlow Research cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Photographs of damaged packaging or products may be requested to assist with carrier investigations.
Carrier claim determinations are made solely by the shipping carrier.
Weather & Carrier Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier operational delays
- Holidays
- Government actions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
InnerGlow Research is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.
International Shipping
At this time, InnerGlow Research ships only within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available.
Research Use Only
All products sold by InnerGlow Research are intended solely for laboratory research purposes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they may lawfully purchase, possess, receive, transport, store, and use purchased products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
